Talking about challenging topics can be difficult and I’m here to lighten the load. I’m an honest and positive professional whose first priority is always the interests of my clients by providing staff or student training around issues of diversity, social justice, and empowerment in order to increase productivity and inclusion. In addition I provide 1-on-1 therapy for clients to help address issues that may impact performance at work, school, or home.
I have a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Health Psychology from Appalachian State. I am a licensed Psychologist in the state of Indiana. I have created and executed trainings around topics related to diversity, social justice, decision making and body positivity since 2007. In addition I have worked with students in higher education to do consultations around issues related to improving their academic and professional development since 2011.
